With our two young children my wife, Klarisa, and I moved from our hometown, South Bend, IN, and moved to the countryside in Goshen, IN. While I working as a delivery driver for Coca-Cola and Klarisa was spending her time at home with the kids, we were always wanting to do something of our own. After some research and a lot of questioning, we started our buisness, Myco Mushrooms, out of our garage. With a dream, a 10sqft hydropincs tent, and a lot of hope. We began growing a little over 150 lbs a week of mushrooms out of our home. After a lot of great reception from chefs and a lot of other amazing people, as well as a lot of market research. We decided that our farm had outgrown our home. So after putting in a lot of hard work, we expanded into a larger facility with the ability to grow thousands of pounds a week for local consumers as well as Produce Wholesalers in and outside of our state.
